Brad is a native of Dallas.  He graduated from St. Mark's School of Texas.  He received his BA from SMU in 1978, and continued his education at SMU, receiving an MBA in 1980.  Brad worked with Ferguson Enterprises from 1980 to 1991, when he joined Hugh M. Cunningham as the Flow Control Group Vice President.
