ProjectSales Group is a combination of departments and individuals.  The departments consist of engineered products specifications sales group (PSEAM’s), three customer service teams for specifications products, project submittals, and a quotations department for specifications/engineered products.  In addition to these divisions, there is a sales engineer and a pricing administrator for specification products.  For project tracking, we utilize F. W. Dodge and Company’s CRM system.

PSEAM (ProjectSales Engineer Account Managers) call on owner groups – architects, engineers, owners – for specifications development and prior approvals. PSEAM's team is available in all of our territories: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Mississippi and Arkansas.

The Quotations Department handles formal product quotations on specification products and works with the manufacturers on special pricing and product requirements.  Resources for quotations are plan services (F. W. Dodge, BXTX, isqft), and specifications furnished by customers via fax or email.  

Project Tracking supports and assists Account Managers on tracking projects and closing.  Significant projects are tracked from the inception/planning stage of the project until the project is sold and the order is shipped – converting the process to CRM.

Customer Service provides product information, pricing assistance, administration, manufacturer quotations, order entry/tracking, submittals, and maintenance/operating instructions.
