Ted was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. He worked as a Project Superintendent and Manager in New Mexico in the residential and commercial construction markets before moving to Texas in 1980. In Texas, Ted started as an outside sales person for an insulation contractor, and then owned his own subcontracting business in Houston and Dallas for 9 years. As the kids got older, he wanted to spend more time with them, so he went to work for IMCOA as Regional Sales Manager. During the consolidation of that industry, he held various positions with IMCOA and their successor in the market, Nomaco K-Flex, including National Sales Manager. In 2003, Ted went to Armacell, LLC as Plumbing Manager. He was given HVAC responsibilities shortly hereafter.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington in Hispanic Literature, and received his MBA from the same institution in 2006. Ted is happily married to Patricia, and has 3 grown children, Chris, Blake and Brian. He has 3 grandkids, Tristan , Austin, and Peyton.
Ted began working for HMC in February, 2006.
