Tim graduated from Texas A & M University in 1987 with a degree in Building Construction.  He has over 17 years of outside sales experience working with wholesale distributors and dealing directly with home builders.  His sales career has been concentrated on plumbing and construction related products, including 5 years with Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath and 2 years with American Standard.  Tim started with Hugh M. Cunningham, Inc. in January 2005 as a Builder Account Manager for the Plumbing & Mechanical Group and moved to the HVAC Group in January 2006.

In January 2007, Tim took over as HVAC Group Manager where he is directly responsible for the promotion of all of the HVAC products in Texas and Louisiana.  He also maintains management and oversight for HVAC sales through the Oklahoma Group, Inc. and the Sandia Group, Inc.  Tim will continue to perform his sales responsibilities as HVAC Account Manager for Central and South Texas.

Tim and his family live in New Braunfels, TX. Tim has been married to his wife Tina for 20 years.  They have 3 children – Clay 15, Jonathan 13, and Libby 8.
